Official Public Data: The business information made available on our platform is obtained from official public sources.

CNPJ - Public Information: The CNPJ (National Registry of Legal Entities — Brazilian company registry ID) is, by law, public information that can be consulted by any person or company.

Official Source: The primary origin of the data is the database of the National Registry of Legal Entities (CNPJ), of the Ministry of Finance, through Receita Federal (Brazil's Federal Revenue Service). CNPJ Data processes, organizes, and makes this data available, but it is not the original source.

LGPD Compliance

Business Data: We work mainly with registration data of legal entities and provide the partner list in API queries. Partner identification data is masked in the public lookup; the paid API returns the data available to authenticated access. Business contacts may, in some cases, allow indirect association with an individual and are handled with the applicable protective measures.

Legal Basis: The processing of public business data and user data depends on the purpose and follows the applicable legal bases, such as contract performance, compliance with a legal obligation, and legitimate interest.

Legitimate Purpose: The platform organizes data for searches and B2B prospecting. Users must use the information in a legitimate, responsible manner and in compliance with the law.

Transparency: We disclose the public origin of business data and distinguish this information from the personal data provided by users for registration, authentication, payment, and support.

Legitimate Use

B2B Prospecting: Our platform is used for commercial prospecting between companies, a legitimate and regulated activity.

Lead Qualification: The data is used to identify and qualify commercial prospects, increasing the efficiency of B2B sales.
